About the role

BDR role focused on generating opportunities from top priority DACH accounts, qualifying inbound and outbound leads, and partnering with Account Executives to build a strong sales pipeline in a remote-friendly setup across Germany and nearby regions.

Responsibilities

  • Generate opportunities from 360Learning top priority, highest potential accounts in the DACH region.
  • Own accounts to create business opportunities for DACH Account Executives through inbound and outbound lead qualification.
  • Engage prospects using Sales Development techniques and tools.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads, pitch the 360Learning value proposition, and identify customer pain points.
  • Collaborate with coach, marketing operations, demand gen, and sales for onboarding and ongoing coaching.
  • Qualify SQL opportunities, forecast pipeline, and prioritize inbound/outbound leads.
  • Partner with Marketing to improve lead quality and contribute innovative lead generation ideas.
  • Research trends and best practices for creating interest and engagement.
  • Contribute as a subject-matter expert and support onboarding of new team members.

Qualifications

  • First experience in a B2B SaaS environment, as a BDR, SDR or Inside Sales
  • Experience in inbound lead generation and/or outbound
  • Preferred but not mandatory: experience using Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Active listening, ability to uncover customer needs, adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent German and fluent English (B2 level or equivalent)
