About the role

Presales Engineer role focused on the German market, bridging Sales, Product and Customer Success to drive value for current and future customers. Remote in Spain, supporting global/EMEA team as the first Presales Engineer for DACH.

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert of 360Learning ways of working and product
  • Describe the product to prospects and address questions surrounding the technology
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support
  • Be a responsive and creative member of cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, customer success) by providing valued feedback
  • Plan and configure products to meet presentation needs
  • Build engaging strategies with AEs to move deals forward (POC/pilot construction)
  • Become a trusted advisor within prospective customer organizations (CEOs, Developers, L&D Directors)
  • Support Account Executives and other team members throughout the sales process
  • Recruit and contribute to shaping the Presales Consultant team
  • Share expertise with other team members and 360Learners

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience working either as a Pre-Sales, Sales Engineer, Engagement Management, or LMS implementation consultant, ideally in the SaaS industry
  • A consultative selling background
  • Knowledge of enterprise technologies and systems, including SSO, CRM, ERP or HRIS
  • Proven ability to demonstrate technical expertise while interacting with high level stakeholders such as CTO, CISO
  • Ability to lead technical workshops (e.g., SaaS integrations, Middleware, ETL, API, Web Services)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent German and business fluent English proficiency; other languages are a plus
