About the role
Leadership role reporting to the COO Office to drive strategic workforce planning, performance tracking, and cross-functional alignment to ensure operational efficiency and scalability.
Responsibilities
- Restructure and track organizational expansion to align with strategic goals.
- Align teams, roles and responsibilities with key company objectives.
- Optimize hiring strategies to balance team composition and address critical needs.
- Audit KPIs to identify delays, benchmark performance, and ensure fair compensation.
- Deliver weekly, quarterly, and annual performance reports with actionable insights.
- Align team budgets with personnel and departmental growth strategy
Qualifications
- Experience in business operations, people strategy, or organizational management, ideally in Tech, Financial Services, or Web3
- Strong analytical skills for KPI tracking, budgeting, and process optimization.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities
