About the role

Settlement role in a hybrid, full-time position based in Taipei, focusing on daily settlement operations for fiat and crypto payments, with shift work to align with global markets.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor day-to-day trade confirmation and settlement reports aligned with customers’ deals.
  • Track and process the status of system deposit and withdrawal transactions.
  • Co-work with Treasury to make daily reconciliations with banking details.
  • Ensure all confirmations have been dispatched to internal & external related parties’ adherence to regulations and procedures.
  • Liaise with relevant parties to solve confirmation and settlement issues.
  • Provide resolution or seek assistance for problems including FX or Money Operations.
  • Prepare regular reports for internal control and external audit.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or above degree, major in Business or Finance related.
  • 1+ years’ working experience in Settlement Operation field is preferred.
  • Good command in both spoken and written English.
  • Attention to details and numbers sensitivity.
