About the role

Ajax Systems is seeking a Middle/Senior C++ Developer to join the System subdivision, focusing on OS Malevich, Video Management System, and cloud infrastructure for a unified digital platform across embedded, cloud, mobile, and desktop.

Responsibilities

  • Support technical culture with tests and continuous delivery (CD)
  • Collaborate with the team to continue development of a new product using video cameras for security tasks in combination with traditional security sensors
  • Develop engineering practices and improve code quality
  • Participate in discussions on new product functionality and be responsible for product evolution as part of the system

Qualifications

  • Experience in C++ 4+ years (C++11/C++14)
  • Experience with boost, especially boost.asio
  • Understanding of processes, threads, and asynchronous processing
  • Ability to write unit and integration tests (TDD culture is a plus)
  • Proficiency with git, cmake, gdb
  • Knowledge of Linux/POSIX systems, Bash, kernel concepts
  • Practical experience in designing and developing large-scale systems
