About the role

Hybrid role combining Product Development and Pattern Making & Fit Engineering to manage products from design approval through production readiness, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with Arc’teryx design intent, supply chain requirements, and scalable manufacturing.

Responsibilities

  • Owning the development and commercialization of products as we transition to manufacturing from product creation development approval through to bulk readiness, ensuring product is delivered on time in full

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in pattern making and/or product development (technical apparel preferred)
  • Proficiency in Gerber PDS & Accumark software for pattern making and adjustment
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent industry training/certifications
  • Experience communicating with domestic and offshore vendors and manufacturers
  • Understanding of design intent, product aesthetics, construction, production and fit
  • Knowledge of the product lifecycle from ideation to consumer
  • Ability to travel globally as needed
  • Strong knowledge of raw materials and technical construction
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Initiative, agility, commitment, and problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to balance autonomy and collaboration in a fast-paced environment
  • Mentorship ability and alignment with Arc’teryx values (Do Right, Leave it Better)
