About the role

Seeking a QA Engineer with 4+ years of experience in testing web products, automation, and QA practices, to join Bluelight's remote team across Latin America.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute automation scripts.
  • Create test plans, including test cases and strategies.
  • Identify high-risk areas and establish QA best practices.
  • Document bug reports, test cases, and automation tools.
  • Provide insights and solutions to other technical teams.
  • Ensure quality standards meet client goals.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in testing web products.
  • Solid knowledge and working experience with testing tools.
  • Strong ability in the development of test plans, test cases, and strategies.
  • Experience in designing, developing, and executing automation scripts.
  • Excellent documentation skills for bug reports and test cases.
  • Ability to establish and maintain QA practices.
  • Strong ownership and dedication to quality.
