About the role

Seeking an experienced QA Engineer to join Bluelight's team, focusing on testing web products, automation, and establishing quality practices in a remote setting across Latin America.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute automation scripts.
  • Create test plans, test cases, and define testing strategies.
  • Identify high-risk areas in testing.
  • Provide thorough documentation on bug reports, test cases, and automation tools.
  • Establish and maintain QA practices and share insights with technical teams.
  • Ensure quality and excellence in deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in testing Web Products.
  • Solid knowledge and working experience with testing tools.
  • Strong ability in developing test plans and automation scripts.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Ability to take ownership of work.
  • Ability to understand and align with client goals.
  • Forensic attention to detail.
