About the role

Seeking a senior full-stack developer with expertise in Python (Flask/Django), React, and related technologies to join Bluelight Consulting's remote team in Latin America.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using Python (Flask/Django) and React.
  • Contribute to challenging projects for clients across various industries.
  • Implement best practices in software engineering including OOP, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Collaborate within a dynamic team environment, utilizing modern tools like Docker, AWS, Jenkins, etc.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years experience as a Full-Stack Developer with open-source technologies.
  • Strong experience with Python, Django/Flask, JavaScript, React.
  • Proficiency with SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
  • Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals.
