About the role

Seeking a senior full-stack developer with 5+ years of experience, proficiency in Python frameworks (Flask/Django), JavaScript (React), databases, and CI/CD tools to join a remote team in Latin America. The role involves developing high-quality applications, working on challenging projects, and collaborating in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain web applications using Flask/Django and React.
  • Implement backend services, data storage solutions, and modern web frameworks.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
  • Contribute to code reviews, testing, and continuous integration efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years as a Full-Stack Developer using open-source technologies.
  • Strong experience with Python, Flask or Django, and JavaScript, especially React.
  • Proficiency in databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and ORM frameworks.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
  • Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including OOP, data structures, algorithms, and testing.
  • Experience working in SaaS and corporate environments is a plus.
  • B2B financial services or asset management experience is a bonus.
