About the role

Seeking a Ruby on Rails Engineer with extensive experience, including familiarity with Gen-AI and AWS, to develop high-quality applications in a collaborative remote environment across Latin America.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to challenging and meaningful projects by developing high-quality applications.
  • Work on large, complex systems and contribute to libraries as needed.
  • Take ownership of work, meet expectations regarding estimates and processes.
  • Identify with clients' goals and deliver commitments successfully.
  • Follow best practices and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience.
  • 5+ years of experience working with Ruby on Rails.
  • 3+ years of experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Experience working on large, complex systems.
  • Strong ownership and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Understanding of best practices and ability to work through difficult issues.
