About the role

Bluelight is seeking a Sales Development Representative to identify, contact, and close new meetings within an established ICP, using a proven cold prospecting process. The role involves training on sales tools and process, with opportunities for promotion and career growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, contact, and close new meetings within an established ICP.
  • Become an expert in researching customer profiles to qualify leads.
  • Follow a proven cold prospecting process using video, email, LinkedIn, and cold-calling.
  • Schedule meetings with the Head of Sales and learn about company services to advance to promotion opportunities.
  • Learn sales tools and processes, send emails, texts, make cold calls, and book meetings.

Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience as an SDR, preferably in SaaS or IT.
  • Hunter's mentality and expertise in prospecting into new accounts.
  • Resilient and capable of failing forward.
  • Competitive and driven to be the best.
  • High energy with enthusiasm and positive attitude.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter capable of working independently and introducing ideas and strategies.
