About the role

Bluelight is seeking a Sales Development Representative to identify, contact, and book meetings with potential clients, focusing on the SaaS and IT industry, based remotely in Latin America.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying, contacting, and closing new meetings within an established ICP.
  • Researching customer profiles to identify suitable prospects.
  • Following a proven, successful process for cold prospecting using video, email, LinkedIn, and cold-calling.
  • Scheduling meetings with the Head of Sales.
  • Learning sales tools and processes, and engaging in training on services, including sending emails, texts, and making cold calls.
  • Making 60+ cold calls in the second week.
  • Booking at least two meetings in the third week.
  • Booking a minimum of eight meetings per month by the second month.

Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience as an SDR, preferably in SaaS or IT industry.
  • Hunter's mentality, expert at prospecting into new accounts.
  • Resilient and capable of failing forward.
  • Competitive nature, driven to be the best.
  • High energy with enthusiasm and consistent positivity.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-starter capable of working independently, bringing ideas and strategies to the table.
