About the role

Aircraft Records Analysts responsible for maintaining traceable aircraft maintenance history and ensuring compliance with continuing airworthiness, providing compliance updates to operators, verifying data, and assisting in maintenance forecasting and major changes.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining suitable tracking of aircraft, powerplant, landing gear, related components maintenance and operational history for proper traceability in compliance with continuing airworthiness.
  • Providing compliance update support to all operators to keep material management, aircraft utilization and aircraft actuals current from varied sources (taskcards, aircraft logbooks, DFP, LDND, ARC and related documents).
  • Verifying flying hours and cycles, component data entered by Maintenance Analysts, Customers and/or Enrollment.
  • Ensuring aircraft maintenance forecast for all customers is without error.
  • Performing Major Assembly changes and AMP/AAIP incorporation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance Technology, Aircraft Avionics Technology, or any relevant engineering discipline.
  • Exposure to Technical Records such as Taskcards, Logbooks, ARC (Form 1 / Form 8130-3), Shop Visit Reports and other DFPs.
  • Experience reviewing technical documentation such as OEM Manuals, ADs, SBs, AMPs and other publications.
  • Preferably PRC license or CAAP A&P License but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving, organizational and time management skills.
