About the role

Mx & Airworthiness Analyst responsible for continuous airworthiness of lease assets, overseeing AD/SB embodiment, inspections, records, and data-driven asset deployment decisions. Leads Philippines-based support team and collaborates with Asset Management leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Maintenance compliance confirmation: ensure Airworthiness Directives and Service Bulletins are embodied; maintain asset condition knowledge; conduct pre- and post-rental inspections audits and work order audits; validate vendor documentation for brokered leases; provide technical workscope approval and sign-off on repair orders; audit repair order close-out documentation.
  • Technical Analysis & Records Management: gather, plot, and analyze performance data to identify degradation trends; review maintenance data and recommend actions; provide asset deployment recommendations; own logbook and documentation management for lease and acquired assets; enroll assets into Traxxall; direct and review Philippines-based support team’s records and enrollment.
  • Cross-Functional & Vendor Coordination: monitor MRO vendor performance; support Asset Event Manager & Planner with unplanned changes and new leases; keep AvSight and Traxxall current; participate in planning reviews with Asset Management leadership.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in aircraft or engine maintenance, with hands-on exposure to AD/SB compliance, work order management, and logbook review.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into recommendations.
  • Proficiency with maintenance tracking and inventory systems; ability to learn proprietary platforms quickly.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute in high-pressure situations with attention to detail.
  • Experience directing or reviewing the work of a remote or outsourced support team.
  • Preferred: FAA A&P Certification; experience with Traxxall, AvSight, or similar platforms; background in engine or APU maintenance; experience managing MRO or vendor performance relationships.
