About the role

Leading sales and merchant onboarding for Paytm's EDC retail business in Indore, focusing on increasing device sales, reducing fraud risks, and building merchant relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Increase sales of devices among merchants in the designated area.
  • Conduct physical market visits to identify and engage high-quality merchants.
  • Minimize fraud and chargeback risks through proper merchant onboarding.
  • Visit merchants to resolve high-risk issues.
  • Seek referrals from satisfied clients to expand merchant network.
  • Collaborate with Business & Technology teams to resolve bottlenecks, especially on the technology front.
  • Represent Paytm and promote company values and services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.

Required:Sales and B2B field salesCommunication skills
Nice to have:Understanding of Technology and User Experience
