About the role
Lead and manage a service team responsible for QR code and Sound Box business deployment, customer support, and market growth in Chennai, ensuring SLA adherence, inventory management, and data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Team Management (Service FSEs) min 15-20.
- SLA Management- Ticket Closure of both Proactive and Reactive Merchants issues. (device related)
- Material Management from Hub to FSE. (Fwd and Reverse Logistics).
- Upselling Skill.
- Analytical and Data Manager.
- Trainer Mindset.
Qualifications
- Graduate or above / Post Graduation preferred.
