About the role

Manage programs, own data pipeline, generate insights, and optimize efficiency to enhance key business metrics for Paytm's Lending Collections division.

Responsibilities

  • Manage programs related to lending collections.
  • Own and maintain data pipeline.
  • Generate key insights and data-driven strategies to improve metrics.
  • Prepare reports highlighting trends, patterns, and predictions.
  • Extract, clean, and prepare data using automated tools.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively to deliver results.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
  • Graduate or from a Premium Institute (preferred).
