About the role

Responsible for demonstrating products to partners, managing integrations, negotiating agreements, and ensuring smooth onboarding for Paytm's lending partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrating products and commercials to partners.
  • Managing integrations.
  • Negotiating agreements.
  • Ensuring smooth onboarding of partners.
  • Managing partner governance and ongoing relationship management.

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of progressive experience in lending and/or handling external relationships.
  • Experience with technology integrations is a plus.
  • Managing lending partner relationships and acting as a single point of contact.
  • Understanding partner requirements and acting as a SPOC for business, risk, compliance, legal, and product/tech teams.
  • Project managing the integration process for product and tech, ensuring timelines are met.
  • Handholding the partner to go-live.
  • Managing partner governance on an ongoing basis.
