About the role

Role involves increasing sales of payment devices among merchants in Kochi through direct engagement, risk management, and collaboration with internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Increase sales of devices among merchants in the specified area.
  • Visit micro markets to identify and sell to good quality merchants.
  • Minimize risks of fraud and chargebacks by ensuring good merchant onboarding.
  • Adhere to risk guidelines and resolve high-risk merchant issues.
  • Seek merchant referrals from satisfied clients.
  • Engage with Business & Technology Teams to identify and address bottlenecks.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Paytm.
