About the role

Responsible for increasing sales of payment devices among merchants in a specified area, ensuring merchant quality, and collaborating with internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Increase sales of devices amongst merchants in the specified area.
  • Physically visit micro markets to identify and sell to merchants.
  • Minimize risks of fraud and chargebacks by ensuring good quality merchant onboarding.
  • Adhere to risk guidelines, resolve high-risk issues.
  • Seek references from converted clients.
  • Engage with Business & Technology Teams to identify bottlenecks.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Paytm.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.

Required:Merchant Sales and B2B Field SalesCommunication and Negotiation Skills
Nice to have:Technology Understanding and User Experience
