About the role

Responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating recruitment processes to fulfill hiring requirements, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Understand hiring requirements by collaborating with department heads and stakeholders
  • Source suitable candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates
  • Conduct initial telephonic or video interviews to assess candidate suitability
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience (1–3 years) as an HR recruiter or in a similar role
  • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed)
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple positions simultaneously
  • Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
