About the role

Handle customer calls related to domestic and international flight bookings, offering flight options, closing sales, managing ticketing requests, and delivering high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls for flight inquiries and bookings.
  • Provide fare quotes, schedules, and best travel options.
  • Process reservations, changes, and cancellations using GDS (Amadeus/Galileo).
  • Upsell seats, baggage, meals, insurance, and other travel add-ons.
  • Meet sales and conversion targets.
  • Ensure accurate PNR creation and follow airline policies.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in travel sales or call center operations.
  • Knowledge of GDS systems preferred.
  • Strong communication and sales skills.
  • Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
