About the role

The Process Engineering - Business Analyst focuses on optimizing data lifecycle processes, reporting, and analytics to improve operational efficiency and support business growth at Paytm.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build processes for automated data extraction, report/dashboard automation, and align stakeholders onto a common platform.
  • Conduct detailed business analysis, outlining problems and opportunities by scrutinizing workflows.
  • Identify areas for business growth and profitability enhancement.
  • Develop metrics and action points to drive performance improvement and scalability.
  • Work with data engineering and data science teams to design, build, and deploy analytics systems.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and automation for stakeholders.
  • Drive team performance towards higher targets as per business objectives.

Qualifications

  • B.Tech or Equivalent
