About the role

A strategic role focusing on driving large-scale, cross-functional business process transformations, optimizing efficiency, and managing change within a fintech environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities for business growth and profitability enhancement.
  • Manage and align resources across multiple projects involving stakeholders from business, technology, finance, and operations.
  • Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; implement change management strategies.
  • Conduct detailed current state process assessments, identify bottlenecks and control gaps, and design future state processes for operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with business owners to ensure compliance and enhance customer/merchant experience.
  • Drive process implementation with technology teams for automation and training teams for organizational readiness.
  • Act as the primary liaison with executive leadership, process owners, technology, and finance; translate transformation goals into project plans.
  • Prepare and present data-driven reports to senior management, communicate project status, impacts, and critical decisions.
  • Drive organizational consensus and alignment towards final process transformations.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of professional experience.
  • At least 5 years leading large-scale business or process transformation projects.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
  • Preferred certifications: PMP/Prince2, Scrum Master (CSM), Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt.
  • Strong understanding of fintech/payments processes, including Transaction Lifecycle, Reconciliation, Revenue Assurance, Compliance (KYC/AML), Financial Reporting.
