About the role

Lead and manage strategic programs for offline merchants in the Oil & Gas sector, focusing on payments and retail business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of strategic programs across multiple business and technology teams.
  • Partner with B2B clients to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable project plans.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to drive adoption and success of solutions.
  • Monitor program progress, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery of milestones.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement and strategic insights.
  • Analyze data and feedback to continuously improve program outcomes and customer satisfaction.
  • Present updates, insights, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • MBA from a Tier 2/3 business school preferred.
  • Prior technical experience in software development or IT implementation is a must.
  • Exposure to banking or financial domain products for at least 3–4 years.
