About the role

Seeking a Content and Communication Manager to develop and execute engaging content strategies, enhance brand voice, and drive consumer trust and engagement in the fintech space.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Consumer Communication Charter to establish a unified communication strategy that builds trust and aspiration among retail investors.
  • Create and develop content that simplifies investing and educates users across multiple formats including blogs, videos, notifications, and newsletters.
  • Drive SEO-led content growth by building keyword-driven content calendars, optimizing for organic discovery, and monitoring performance metrics.
  • Enhance lifecycle communication and retention through personalized, behavior-based journeys across email, WhatsApp, push, and in-app channels.
  • Manage, mentor, and collaborate with content team members, agencies, and internal teams to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Define and analyze KPIs for initiatives, using data insights to optimize messaging, channel, and content performance.

Qualifications

  • 6 to 12 years of experience in consumer communication, content marketing, or brand strategy.
  • Proven experience with SEO-led content growth, keyword planning, and analytics.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with strong command of English and brand voice.
  • Experience managing teams and external partners.
  • Familiarity with CRM and SEO tools such as CleverTap, MoEngage, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Analytics.
