About the role

Seeking a data-driven Manager of Growth to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across multiple channels in a fast-growing company.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of scalable growth strategies to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention across digital channels.
  • Utilize analytics and KPIs to monitor, measure, and optimize growth initiatives. Collaborate with data teams for dashboards and reporting.
  • Work closely with product, marketing, data, and sales teams to align growth initiatives with business goals.
  • Drive A/B testing and experimentation for campaign refinement and growth opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies for user acquisition and retention, including paid and organic channels.
  • Analyze customer segments and behaviors to create targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Drive initiatives contributing to top-line revenue by optimizing conversion rates and sales funnel.
  • Track and report growth metrics such as CAC, CLV, and other KPIs; provide insights to leadership.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging channels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
  • MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a related role in a startup or tech environment.
