About the role

Leading growth strategy and execution for UPI transactions at Paytm, focusing on user acquisition, retention, analytics, and cross-functional team leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the growth roadmap for customer targeting and conversion on app, owning conversion, retention KPIs
  • Develop and execute GTM strategies, sales activations, and category campaigns that drive user acquisition and retention
  • Identify new growth opportunities and pilot initiatives; scale successful ones across the business
  • Drive analytics to understand user behavior, funnels, and category performance
  • Generate insights to optimize conversion, reduce leakages, and improve LTV
  • Build frameworks to monitor, measure, and predict business performance with agility
  • Champion customer-centric initiatives to enhance user experience
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team across growth, category, and analytics
  • Collaborate with product, supply, and marketing teams for seamless execution
  • Build a culture of ownership, speed, and excellence

Qualifications

  • 10–14 years of experience in consumer internet, or e-commerce industries, with proven success in category management and growth leadership
  • MBA from a Tier-1 business school preferred
  • Strong track record of scaling businesses and delivering ambitious targets
  • Highly analytical, data-driven, and comfortable with solving complex business problems
  • Experience in managing large cross-functional teams with high accountability
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Prior experience in consulting industry will be a strong plus
