About the role

Responsible for managing MIS and reporting team supporting operations data across multiple sites, driving innovations in reporting, and leading transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Operate a MIS and Reporting team supporting the data and information requirements of Operations across multiple sites and geographies.
  • Manage reporting/MIS resources located at multiple locations.
  • Challenge current report delivery and bring innovations in reporting to generate insights using latest tools and technologies.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members, identify and recruit talent.
  • Lead transformation initiatives in the Reporting and MIS domain.
  • Present views on operational metrics (performance and productivity) based on reports and dashboards.

Qualifications

  • 1-2+ years of experience in Planning functions (MIS Reports, data analysis, capacity planning, forecasting, scheduling, real-time management, Erlang model, multiple MIS reports) in a multi-site contact center environment.
