About the role

Responsible for various depository backoffice processes including DEMAT/REMAT request execution, transaction authorizations, physical DIS handling, record maintenance, batch exports, and audit data management.

Responsibilities

  • Depository Backoffice UAT
  • Demat & Remat Request Process/Execution of Physical DIS received from Client
  • Authorization of offmarket & buyback transactions
  • Pledge, Unpledge, Invocation Instructions & File upload
  • Processing the EDIS & Cusa files from Settlement Team
  • Maintain records of offmarket & Buyback requests received through Easiest
  • Batch export from DP Back office and upload on CDAS
  • Scanning and uploading Physical DIS in CDSL system
  • Checking Daily DIS DPU4 report for pending uploads daily
  • Monthly upload of one transaction file in Easiest as per audit requirements
  • Indexing and storage of physical documents
  • Batch file generation and upload of Account Closure forms in CDSL
  • Handling physical documents including scanning, inwarding & storage
  • Printing, stamping, signing Physical CMR and sharing with Customer Service team as per client requests
  • Managing CDSL AUDIT data and inspection responses
