About the role

Lead and manage a recruitment team to execute high-volume hiring strategies, oversee the recruitment lifecycle, analyze key metrics, and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Mentor, coach, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
  • Develop and execute mass and bulk hiring strategies to meet organizational staffing needs, collaborating with hiring managers.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer extension, and onboarding for high volumes of candidates.
  • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) to drive continuous improvement and report on hiring progress.
  • Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the high-volume hiring process.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to build a pipeline of candidates for high-demand roles.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to align on needs and ensure successful hiring outcomes.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies to support bulk hiring efforts.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-6 years of recruitment experience, with proven experience in a leadership or team lead role and experience with high-volume or bulk hiring.
