About the role

Handling post-trade operations and settlement activities for commodity trading, including reconciliation, reporting, client documentation, margin monitoring, and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily reconciliation and reporting for commodity trading activities.
  • Handle client documentation, margin monitoring, and compliance with exchange and regulatory norms.
  • Manage pay-in/pay-out processes for funds and commodities as per exchange timelines.
  • Verify statutory levies, charges, and income.
  • Coordinate with clearing members for settlement and pay-in/pay-out activities.
  • Upload and download trade files, margin reports, and related documents.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and reporting.
  • Handle audits and inspections.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3–5 years of experience in commodity back office operations (MCX/NCDEX).

Required:Commodity trading knowledgeExchange guidelines and settlement cyclesTrade processing and reconciliation
Nice to have:MS Excel and trading toolsCommunication and time management skillsNISM – Commodity Module certification
