About the role

Role involves building and managing high-quality financial/payment products, working with business and engineering teams, and ensuring data-driven product success in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with business leads to understand product use cases, customer journeys, and business impact.
  • Understand technology platforms, collaborate with solution architects, write detailed product requirement documents, and manage roadmaps.
  • Make technically sound decisions, raise concerns about design decisions, and identify reusable functionalities across systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to influence decisions and clear roadblocks.
  • Lead Agile/Scrum processes, manage product expectations, and track the product roadmap.
  • Proactively test products, run edge cases, and ensure comprehensive coverage of product journeys and KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.
  • Professional experience in product management or analytical roles (2-5 years), with at least 2 years in product management.
