About the role
Leading a team to promote and manage Paytm's QR code and Sound Box solutions for merchants, focusing on growth, market penetration, and customer support in the Nagpur region.
Responsibilities
- Team Management (Service FSEs) min 15-20.
- SLA Management- Ticket Closure of both Proactive and Reactive Merchants issues.(device related).
- Material Management from Hub to FSE.(Fwd and Reverse Logistics).
- Upselling Skill.
- Analytical and Data Manager.
- Trainer Mindset.
