About the role

Lead and expand the sales of QR & Soundbox products across multiple locations in Chhattisgarh, managing merchant relationships, team recruitment, and market growth.

Responsibilities

  • Grow Distribution and Market share in the assigned area of operations.
  • Visibility Accountability through Extensive QR & Soundbox deployment and sale of the product.
  • Identify and Recruit the sales team to align and drive business in the market.
  • Coach and mentor team members, understanding and applying new ideas and concepts.
  • Plan the market size, span and geographies for Field Sales Executives (FSE).
  • Devise communication strategies for plans/targets to the team to meet expectations.
  • Monitor quality parameters and conduct audits on acquisitions and sales by the team.
  • Ensure team members are active in markets where sales & usage are done regularly.
  • Network extensively and travel throughout the specified area.

Qualifications

  • Graduate/Post Graduate.
