About the role

Responsible for managing and motivating sales team members in Goa to achieve enrollment and sales targets for offline merchant QR products, building relationships, and expanding the customer database.

Responsibilities

  • Manage an assigned geographic sales area to maximize sales target and meet corporate objectives
  • Build Database of key contact persons in the assigned geography
  • Build and maintain relationships with key client personnel
  • Manage Category leads from qualification to closure
  • Handle the sales enrollments and sales activities in the city
  • Do market research and prepare list of prospective customers
  • Handle and motivate team members for better sales performance
  • Ensure team members are actively engaged in market activities for enrollments and usage
