About the role

Lead sales efforts in the Oil & Gas and Dairy sectors, manage a sales team, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets in a specified geographic area.

Responsibilities

  • Do the market race and prepare the list of prospective customers
  • Handle the Team Members and motivate them for better sales
  • Ensure the team members are in the market where enrolments & usage are done regularly
  • Build strong relationships with merchants, understand their payment needs, and provide tailored EDC/POS solutions
  • Manage an assigned geographic sales area to maximize sales target and meet corporate goals
  • Build a database of key contact persons in the assigned geography
  • Build and maintain relationships with key client personnel
  • Set and track sales targets for the team
  • Review the sales team
  • Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
  • Handle the territory for Oil and Gas sectors

Qualifications

  • Graduation is a must
  • Experience in sales and similar roles
  • Experience of loyalty business
