About the role

Lead backend development team, working on design, architecture, and coding for scalable server-side applications using Java or Golang at Paytm.

Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed design structures and implement best practices and coding standards.
  • Lead a team of developers for successful project delivery.
  • Work on design, architecture, and hands-on coding.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of server-side application development experience with Java/Golang.
  • Experience with Spring boot/Gin, Microservices, AWS.
  • Proven track record of delivering highly scalable products.
  • Strong program and product management skills.
  • Excellent communication, judgment, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent design and architecture knowledge.
