About the role

Leading backend development with a focus on design, architecture, and hands-on coding, guiding a team to deliver scalable products in a financial services environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed design structures and implement best practices and coding standards.
  • Lead a team of developers for successful project delivery.
  • Work on system design, architecture, and hands-on coding.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of server-side application development experience with Java/Golang, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS.
  • Proven experience delivering highly scalable products.
  • Deep technical expertise with a track record of successful delivery.
  • Strong program and product management skills.
  • Excellent communication, judgment, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent design and architecture knowledge.
