About the role

We are building out our science team and looking to make a few key hires to anchor the effort, operating at the frontiers of both drug discovery and AI research. You will be an advisor to some of the most important drug programs, translating partner needs into internal efforts and driving projects with our research and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

  • Advisor to partner drug programs, becoming expert in partners' scientific and therapeutic problems.
  • Operate as a power user of the platform to ensure partners deploy it effectively.
  • Translate partner asks into internal projects, scope and drive projects with research and engineering teams.
  • Guide the future of product, models, and approach based on partner findings.

Qualifications

  • Academic research and drug discovery experience in antibody engineering, protein design, and computational methods.
  • Ravenous curiosity, outlier aptitude, and collaboration smarts.
  • Ability to operate with urgency, strong communication skills, and high performance under pressure.
