About the role

Build the compute infrastructure behind Chai’s next generation of models, scientific products, and autonomous research. Optimize inference, manage clusters, and establish storage and security foundations to enable safe and efficient use of compute and data across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Bring new clusters up and own the systems that make them useful across the business.
  • Work with researchers, engineers, and scientists to remove performance and reliability bottlenecks across the stack.
  • Optimize model inference and serving to run more scientific work with available compute.
  • Build the shared storage and security foundations that let people and agents use compute and data safely.
