About the role

Account Executive role at Junction, a YC-backed health data API company. Full-time, NYC metro with remote option. Focus on end-to-end sales, pipeline generation, and closing with SMBs and Enterprise in healthcare.

Responsibilities

  • Generating and managing pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and creative sourcing
  • Running high-quality discovery calls to deeply understand customer problems and align Junction’s solution
  • Driving complex multi-stakeholder deals to close across enterprise teams in healthcare
  • Handling objections with resilience and empathy, always focused on ethical selling and long-term relationships
  • Negotiating terms and structuring deals that create value for both Junction and our customers
  • Partnering closely with product and customer success to make handoffs smooth and customer value delivery

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience selling to SMBs + enterprise customers
  • Experience in fast-moving, quota-carrying environments
  • Passion for healthcare or willingness to learn and sell into healthcare stakeholders
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
  • Ability to translate product capabilities into clear value for healthcare stakeholders
  • Location flexibility to be based in New York City metro with hybrid requirements for initial period
