About the role

Junction is hiring a Product Engineer / Fullstack Engineer to help build the next version of their diagnostics API, focusing on end-to-end full-stack feature development for dashboards and customer-facing products in a healthcare data platform.

Responsibilities

  • Building our customer facing products: dashboards for wearables and lab testing (lab testing dashboard for self-serve lab test orders)
  • Speaking with customers: be customer obsessed, ask questions, dig into product usage
  • Owning full-stack features: design and build new functionality end-to-end across frontend and backend
  • Tackling ambitious problems: break down technical challenges in healthcare with a strong product mindset
  • Iterating quickly: ship, learn from real usage, and refine based on feedback and metrics

Qualifications

  • Startup engineering experience where you influenced what to build, not just how to build it
  • Track record of building and shipping full-stack features end-to-end
  • Ability to turn messy or unclear problems into a clear plan
  • Comfortable working across frontend and backend
  • Strong product judgment within a clear product direction
  • Focus on user experience and practical usage of the product
  • Fast iteration based on feedback and metrics
  • Comfortable with hard domain constraints and edge cases
  • Proactive about getting feedback from customers on what you ship
