About the role

Responsible for increasing EDC machine sales through proper channels, leading recruitment and team management, and driving merchant engagement across multiple locations in Chennai.

Responsibilities

  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
  • Need to drive swiping device sales in the assigned area.
  • Resolving merchant queries.
  • Drive overall engagement of the merchant base.
  • Capable of hiring and building a team.
  • Set clear team goals.
  • Delegate tasks and set deadlines.
  • Oversee day-to-day operation.
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
  • Motivate team members.
  • Discover training needs and provide coaching.
  • Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
  • Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments.
  • Encourage creativity and risk-taking.
  • Suggest and organize team-building activities.

Qualifications

  • Graduation / MBA (Marketing)

Required:Sales and negotiation skills
