About the role
Head of Engineering responsible for building and leading the engineering team, defining the roadmap with the founder, overseeing architecture and execution, and ensuring scalable technology in a seed-stage AI platform company.
Responsibilities
- Lead the engineering organization - setting technical direction, priorities, and standards
- Build and mentor a world-class engineering team from the ground up
- Oversee development of our agent orchestration engine, execution pipelines, evaluation frameworks, and customer-facing platform
- Establish engineering processes, best practices, and a high-performance culture
- Ship code! Help design and build core systems alongside the team
Qualifications
- Leading engineering teams or organizations at startups or high-growth companies
- Building and scaling complex distributed systems and developer platforms
- Managing and mentoring high-performing technical talent
- Shipping products quickly in fast-paced environments
