About the role

Customer Care Associates at AptDeco are responsible for delivering an extraordinary and seamless experience for buyers and sellers, handling logistics coordination, and acting as the voice of the brand in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Be tasked with supporting our users with fast, efficient service and inspiring a growing user base to share the AptDeco experience.
  • Respond to emails and support user issues promptly ensuring that upset users turn into passionate evangelists.
  • Coordinate logistics between buyers and sellers.
  • Provide feedback to our Engineering and Operations Teams to streamline processes and support in scaling a vibrant business.
  • Support in identifying new ways to get the AptDeco experience in front of new users.
  • Be responsible for other ad hoc projects that come up during the year.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, analytic, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in a customer service or technical support environment with a strong desire to help people.
  • Excellent time management skills and self-motivation. You follow through on tasks and don’t get overwhelmed easily.
  • Creative problem solving experience. You have the ability to stay solutions-oriented when presented with a challenge.
  • Familiarity with G Suite apps.
  • Previous experience working at a startup is a plus.
