About the role
Host position at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort, responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, maintaining the host stand, handling take-out orders, and assisting with dining experiences in a part-time, on-site role that includes weekends and evenings.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests like they’re old friends and seat them with ease.
- Manage reservations with a touch of efficiency and a whole lot of hospitality.
- Keep menus spotless and ready for action.
- Assist with drink refills—because no one should have an empty glass.
- Keep the host stand organized and stocked with the essentials.
- Handle take-out orders and make sure they’re packaged perfectly.
- Say goodbye with the same enthusiasm as the hello—because we want them to come back.
- Help create a top-notch dining experience by being attentive, professional, and always ready to lend a hand.
Qualifications
- A knack for making people feel welcome.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat.
- A sharp eye for detail—because the little things matter.
- The ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
- A positive attitude and a polished, professional appearance.
- Current OLCC certification.
