About the role

Responsible for defining and executing talent acquisition strategy for senior leadership positions at Paytm, acting as a strategic partner to the executive team.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a robust talent acquisition strategy for senior leadership positions.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with business leaders, CXOs, and HR partners.
  • Utilize analytics and market intelligence for strategic decisions in executive hiring.
  • Optimize operational processes for executive search to ensure consistent and scalable recruitment experience.
  • Deliver exceptional candidate and referee experience, maintaining confidentiality.
  • Leverage networks and encourage leadership to be brand ambassadors and generate referrals.
  • Create and present KPI reports and manage dashboards for executive hiring metrics.
  • Manage and inspire a high-performing talent acquisition team focused on executive search.

Qualifications

  • Graduation in any discipline.
  • MBA in HR is an added advantage.
