About the role

Leading role in developing high-performance, scalable backend systems using microservices architecture, Java, Spring Boot, and cloud migration, with technical leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Developing detailed design structures and implementing best practices and coding standards.
  • Leading a team of developers for successful project delivery.
  • Working on system design, architecture, and hands-on coding.
  • Collaborating with business and product teams to understand requirements and influence technology choices.
  • Building robust, scalable, highly available, and reliable systems using Micro Services Architecture based on Java, Spring Boot.
  • Improving engineering and operational excellence through observability and manageability solutions.
  • Keeping the tech stack current to optimize for scale, cost, and performance.
  • Migrating workloads to public cloud.
  • Mentoring and serving as a thought leader on technical, architectural, and design issues.
  • Identifying architectural weaknesses proactively and recommending solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
